SUMMARY:Social Action May Project - JNF Fundraiser for displaced Jewish Families
DESCRIPTION:Help Temple Sinai’s Social Action Committee to raise $3\,600 or more in support of Jewish National Fund USA’s efforts to provide housing for families displaced by the October 7 war.  Money raised will also be used to supply fire fighting and civil defense system needs and for many other important activities.  Certificates will be sent to all that donate\, and you can dedicate a donation in honor of loved ones\, a lifecycle event or any other occasion.  Make checks payable to Temple Sinai and bring them to the office or mail then to Temple Sinai\, One community Road\, Marblehead\, MA 01945\, Attn: JNF Project.  Questions?  Email susan.templesinai@gmail.com

SUMMARY:Boxes on the Bima - Social Action
DESCRIPTION:This June\, add to the many Boxes on the Bima to provide food to three homeless shelters.  In honor of Shavuot\, the festival of the wheat harvest\, Temple Sinai annually collects 100 or more boxes of whole grain crackers and unsweetened cereal to be deliver on June 14.  Please drop boxes off at Temple Sinai Monday through Friday\, 9:00am – 1:00pm or bring them to the temple when you come for meetings and events!  Questions?  Email susan.templesinai@gmail.com or call the office at 781-631-2763.  Thank you in advance!
